Gavin Rose
Academy Director
Gavin spent his formative playing days at by Charlton Athletic's Academy before moving on to Queens Park Rangers and then Millwall.
He pursued a career in non league football at the age of 18, combining this with gaining coaching experience at Leyton Square Adventure playground, based in Peckham.Presented with the opportunity to develop the young footballing talent within the area by Michael Charalambous, Gavin coached there for eight years.
In 2002, He, along with Junior Kadi set up ASPIRE with the aim of providing talented youngsters with the opportunity to potentially pursue a career in the professional game whilst also undertaking full time academic or vocational study.
Other coaching achievements include guiding Dulwich Hamlet to the Surburban Reserve League title in 2003-2004. Taking charge of Beckenham Town FC in 2005-06 season and in the following season taking charge of Fisher Athletic FC from Nov 2006- May 2007.
From July this year Gavin will take up the 1st team managerial post at Dulwich Hamlet Football Club.
Junior Kadi
Assistant Director
Junior served his professional scholarship with Crystal Palace FC, and went on to sign professional terms with Coventry City.
He has played non league football for Woking, Kiingstonian, Lewes, Dartford and is currentlyplaying for Carshalton in the Ryman Premier. Junior has represented Sierra Leone on 10 occasions helping the 'Leone Stars in their quest for qualification in both the African cup of nations 2008 and South Africa 2010.
Junior has been an integral part of the ASPIRE coaching structure since the programmes' inception in 2002.
Robert Mapp
Education & Welfare/Programme Co-ordinator
Robert joined ASPIRE in the Autumn of 2004, having been presented with the opportunity to assist in underpinning and promoting the good work it's founders had already achieved. Having a strong background in both mentoring and education also helped him to tie together the special skills needed to liase effectively with both teachers and participants.
He undertook a scholarship at Leyton Orient FC, and after a brief spell in non-league football embarked upon gaining the first, of his coaching qualifications. His achievements include guiding St Thomas The Apostle school sides to Greater and Inner London titles with four different age groups.

Melanie Mykels
Secretary
Melanie joined ASPIRE in 2007.
She picks up the administration duties around the programme and is regularly collating information, which assist other members of staff. Being the point of contact for both League and match officials her role can be hectic and varied, however her background of working with children and senior staff at various schools throughout South London has equipped her for this.
